I'm sure everyone is planning to "Get Back in Shape" after the New Year. We all are-LOL!
This week I will be putting together a "Fitness Tune-UP" Program that will get you fit and toned without spending hours in the gym.
This program should work for all of you-it takes a few hours a week and a little "extra" effort to clean up your eating habits following the holidays, but with "Spring Break" just around the corner, it'll be worth it & you'll be looking good!
Have a safe and happy holiday vacation!

Would Appreciate Your FeedBack!Hey There!
Guess you're probably settled in and wonder where the hell summer went-right? Hope you're enjoying "Waves" (it Rocks!)& the Fitness Center I designed, I'm pretty proud of it and what I was allowed to do there.
Now, I'd like something from you. First, I'd appreciate your honest and objective feedback on the Fitness Center, the equipment, hours, cleanliness-whatever you wan to say.
Also, I set it up with a local group of Personal Fitness Trainers to provide their services at a reasonable fee. What do you think of this program, is it a good idea? Is it worth it? Are they professional when at the Center?
Got any gripes regarding Fusion Fitness?

What Do You Think..?
When Should I Perform Cardio?A common question is when and how much Cardio should I do on Weight Resistance days?
This really depends on what your personal fitness GOALS are. If you are attempting to loose Body Fat/Weight, it is recommended that you begin your workout with a minimum of twenty (20) minutes of cardio at a medium level.
This will "jump-start" your metobolic rate and increase fatburning. If time/energy permits, complete your workout with another 20-30 minutes at you max rate.
If you are attempting to build Lean Muscle Mass, you can warm up with 5-10 minutes of light Cardio, but no more! You want to be able to workout at your maximun potential and DO NOT want to pre-exhaust your CV systemand deny your muscles the oxygen rich blood they need to max out!
Perform your cardio after, or better yet, on opposite days or after a 3-4 hour rest/recovery from your weight resistance exercises.
This does not included days you may
cross train
in an organized exercise class or sporting event!
Good Luck, and
