What is included when you lease a cabana at Z Islander?
Your new home will include submetered electric and water/sewer expenses, an extended cable package, high-speed internet access, pest control, and a full furnishings package.
What does it mean that my electric and water/sewer will be submetered?
We have taken the burden away from you when it comes to contacting the utility companies, deciding who pays the deposit for each service, and finally allocating the monthly bill between you and your roommates to get it all paid on time. We do it all for you and send it to you in one, convenient bill along with your monthly rent charges each month. We can even send the bill straight to your guarantors if that helps!
What furnishings do you include and if I want, can I get a unit unfurnished?
Fortunately, all of our units come fully furnished. There are no unfurnished options at Z Islander. Our standard furniture package can be broken down by room. The living room includes a couch, coffee table, side chair(s), bar stools, entertainment center, and 50" Plasma television. Your screened in lanai includes both a table and chairs. The laundry room comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Each individual bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with storage, desk, desk chair, and a 22" LCD television. Depending on the size of your unit, furniture items may vary.
Do you have individual leases?
All of our leases are individually leased, one person per bedroom. And yes, we are happy to help you with roommate matching to fill any of our larger, more spacious cabanas.
What all can I expect to receive for the price of my monthly Rent here at my Z Islander home?
We trust that you will find our rates competitive with other apartment communities in your area, however we have worked to create an oasis for each of our residents where they will find excellence around every corner. You will have the opportunity to experience first-hand quality in your individual apartment cabana, in your highly trained Z Islander staff, and in the overall lifestyle that we can provide to you once you choose to become part of our community.
This all sounds great, but when is Wave’s Z Islander going to be open? When can I see a model?
Construction progress is currently rolling along very rapidly. We will have our Cabana Banana Showcase (leasing showcase) open to visit after the first part of the new year, our Grand Kahuna Lodge will follow in mid-Spring 09 . The lodge will be set up for you to tour a full four bedroom model, wander through our amenity center, and even catch a glimpse at one of the best private gyms in town. Until then, we are more than happy to keep you updated through our website and via emails, phone calls, and by US mail. Pre-leasing has already begun for move-in May and August of 2009.
